I saw an item in your store but cannot find it on your website?
Answer:
There are some items that may not be listed on our website due to limited inventory. When we contact you to verify your on line order, you can make your request known to your salesperson and they can add that item to your order.

I forgot my password, what can I do?
Answer:
If you forget your password or it is incorrect when entered, you can enter your e-mail address in the field provided and press the send password button. Our system will match your password and immediately respond, so check your incoming e-mail box.

I am an existing customer, but have never used the online catalog. Do I need to register as a new customer?
Answer:
Yes. Our Internet customer database is not currently linked to our existing customer database.

Do you sell to the public?
Answer:
We are wholesale to the trade only. A tax ID number is required.

Can I copy images / material from your site for my own use?
Answer:
Copying material from our site is prohibited without express written consent. To obtain permission, please let us know which materials you would like to use and how you intend to use them. We may also have content not currently online that you may find useful.
